Join us on Saturday August 18, 2018 from 6pm-7pm for Communi-Tea + Yoga when local yogi Michelle Flory leads you a yoga program that will be comfortable for both yoga newbies and experienced practitioners.
Michelle started practicing yoga in 2006. She took her 200-hr training in 2012 at Kashi Atlanta Ashram and has studied Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Social Justice and Community Building. Michelle's teaching style is lighthearted, grounded, and accessible. Her hope is the restorative nature of yoga creates more awareness, ease, and enjoyment in your life.
Admission is just $15 (cash at the door) and includes a complimentary cup of drip coffee or herbal tea.
