Our Espresso is consumed by our customers more than any other roast in our shop, so we made sure that we choose a bean that we know from where it comes. Our espresso roast uses a bean from the sustainably run Selva Negra Estate in the rainforest of Nicaragua.
Using a bean from this area delivers an espresso that is full-bodied, yet smooth with notes of milk chocolate and an aroma so enticing it brings people back for more day-after-day.
The Espresso we use in our wide variety of drinks is rain forest alliance certified, honey processed to keep the acid in check and the natural flavor intact. Our local roaster uses Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varietals to make this enticing treat.
